Lacrosse Camps

Dear First Team Girls Lacrosse Camper and Family,

We are excited that you have chosen to attend First Team Lacrosse Camp at Limestone College. It is our goal to provide you with professional instruction that will enable you to develop, refine, and sharpen your lacrosse skills. Our experienced coaching staff are excited to be a part of one of the largest girls camps in the Southeast.

In order to help things go smoothly, I have listed some information below that will be helpful. You can also utilize limestone.edu and laxified.com/ccm as a resource for information about the area or maps of campus

1)    Check-in for camp will be held in the Dixie Lodge on July 25th. Dixie is in between the two dorms (Eunice and Ebert) on the back side of campus and will begin at 12pm and finish at approximately 2:45pm. Follow signs once on campus to Dixie. (Late Registration can be pre-arranged)
2)    Please remember to bring pillow, blanket, towel and sheets as they are not provided. Also bring goggles, cleats, sneakers, socks, mouth guard, stick and a water bottle if needed. 
3)    There will be a camp store with snacks, drinks, lacrosse gear, shirts, as well as the ability to order pizzas, so if you wish to purchase anything please bring money.
4)    Check-out will begin at 11:00am on the 29th. All kids should be checked out of rooms by 1:00pm. If special arrangements are needed please let us know in advance via e-mail.
5)    We will have an athletic trainer on site 24/7. If you have any special medical needs please discuss them with our head trainer during registration.
6)    If you need to leave camp early or will be arriving late please let us know in writing prior to camp.
7)    My contact numbers are below for the parents. If at anytime campers need to be reached for emergencies please don’t hesitate to call my cell. All other calls can be directed to my office phone as I will be checking voicemail throughout each day.
8)    Remember payments were due in full by July 1st. Do not mail health forms! Please bring all forms with you to camp and be sure they are filled out and signed appropriately. Forms can be found at Laxified.com on the First Team registration page. The camp schedule and direction can also be found there. Please print off a copy for your reference.
9)    Extended Day campers will meet each morning at 8:45am in the quad for attendance. They will be provided lunch and dinner. They can be picked up from Dixie Lodge (Registration site) at 8:45pm. (Please do not leave without informing your camp coach)

The Limestone Girls Lacrosse Camp is a progressive developmental camp. Camp coaches will take athletes through a variety of drill stations to fine tune basic skills and develop those skills into more advanced concepts as the week progresses.

        The camp will focus on team concepts and game situations as each camper will be instructed and coached by top college coaches from around the country. Although college players will be on hand for demonstrations, our campers will be learning from NCAA Division I,II and III coaches as well as top highschool coaches. All skill and ability levels are welcome as skill groups are designed for each camper's skill level and age.
