IMPORTANT SU LAXFEST INFORMATION
If you did not mail your health form and waiver in time to be received on Thursday Nov 10, then it will not reach the trainers at SU in time. Due to Veterans Day they will not receive any mail until Monday. IF YOU ARE NOT ENTIRELY SURE that your forms were mailed in time, please bring a copy and submit prior to your first game tomorrow.

Failure to submit the forms could result in you being unable to participate in the SU Laxfest. All players must have forms submitted and approved prior to their first game. The best way to insure your participation is to mail forms in ahead of time.
