POST HIGH SCHOOL PLAY: We will field Open teams in the Star Spangled and at Lake Placid if there is enough interest.There are many events for adult lacrosse teams throughout the country. If our "alumni" are interested in playing at summer tournaments please e-mail lyn@laxified.com right away.

2. enter 450 in the dimensions box with the larger number- this ensures the photo will not be too big.
1. the important thing is to make sure that neither dimension is above 450.
3. click okay
4. Save and Share Tab
1. Name photo
2. Select 8 for JPG Compression
3. save photo to computer
5. Upload Photo to MLR profile.
