About our Tournaments:
2010 Terms and Conditions
· Your team is not guaranteed to be in the tournament until you are paid in full and you have received confirmation from the tournament staff . Simply entering your team on the website does not guarantee your placement
· No Refunds for Withdrawn teams.
· We reserve the right to shorten games or cancel games due to inclement weather. There will be no refunds given for lost games.
· No player may compete for multiple teams on the same day or will subject those teams to disqualification.
· Any fighting or flagrant disrespect toward an official will result in expulsion for the remainder of the tournament. No Exceptions, No Refunds.
· Spectators also need to respect the Officials and the Players. Bad behavior will not be tolerated. The Jersey Shootout Staff requests the coach from the offenders team to remove the offender from the facility. Don’t be THAT GUY!
· Disqualified teams must play their scheduled games but will receive 0 points and tallied as a loss.
· Keep the facilities Beautiful. Clean up your bench area and your team area. Trash bags are given to each team upon check in.
· Players will be of the grade level or younger of the division the team organizer has registered for. No player or teams may play down or be subject to disqualification.
· Any player that has stepped foot on a high school playing field must play in a High School division.
· NO DOGS OR GRILLS ARE ALLOWED ON THE ST. JOSEPH CAMPUS! Please communicate this to all of your parents. Exception is Seeing Eye dogs.
· In the event an injured player requires hospitalization, it is the responsibility of the players team to secure treatment and permission, not the Jersey Shootout.
· Theft or vandalism will not be tolerated and violators will be punished to the fullest extent of the law.
